看到你这样，真得很想陪你说话，让你知道能有依靠。但事因为所发生的一切，使这些无法变成事实。也或许是我想得太多了，或许你根本不需别人的帮助。真的不知道该怎么办

And when we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same.
